Valentina’s business model has changed drastically from when she first started in her role:  from traditional brick and mortar to online sales and DTC- she needs a reliable omnichannel view that can show not just how her business performs in one channel or another, but how volume shifts between. To understand the complete consumer journey, she tries to fuse together POS and panel data from Nielsen with P&G shipment and other external data- which is cumbersome and often still does not give her the right answer.
