In partnership with Salesforce.com, P&G will have access to an environment that will act as a digital library and support resource, enabled by Salesforce.com’s leading omni-routing, search and Chatbot capabilities. The platform is designed to be a global support system and enables a seamless way of working. For example, if a P&G SBU associate based in Geneva has a question related to the US, the service cloud will be able to quickly source the required knowledge and support.
